International Food and Drink Festival (Cardiff) – this free event, held for a three day period every July, brings together producers, chefs and over 50,000 food fans to celebrate the capital’s food and drink scene. Meet and sample the produce of some of the country’s best food and drink producers; catch a live demonstration by chefs in the Celtic Manor Food Theatre; be inspired by the mouth-watering delights on offer in the Farmers’ Market; or just relax and soak up the atmosphere of great food and live music in Cardiff Bay.
